5) Performance budgets and offline resilience

• Set strict latency targets; cache and pre-compute when you can.

6) Pricing clarity and control

• Show expected usage costs in-app with caps and alerts.
• Avoid mandatory AI bundles; let users pay only where they get value.

• Offer regional processing options to support data residency requirements.
