- Document everything – prompts, datasets, evals, and review steps. It helps with audits and improves reliability.
- Mind the data – data minimisation, access controls, and vendor due diligence per ICO guidance.
- Measure, don’t guess – track accuracy, cycle time and error severity against baselines. Kill or redesign what doesn’t meet thresholds.
